hey guys
today is quite an important day for us chinese
as its Dong Zhi
aka Winter Solstice also knows as 冬至


its the day we will make lil' rice balls from tepung pulut
hehe
but no doubt,
my house isn't making it haha
but no worries
i will try my first glutinous rice balls tomorrow
gotta buy the ingredients ma....

just went through some recipes just now in the net
quite easy to make as i dah boleh tackle a mashed potato
that many ppl feel hard making it
haha
but if i'm the one making those glutinous rice balls, it will only be plain white
lol
i duno how to mix colour
somemore the ready-made flour are sold off i think
but mom said its more important to do it ourselves as those ready-made flour are not that hygenic

lol

tomorrow gotta go to the market to stock up some ingredients
tong yuen, tang yuan
hope its successful cause i don't want it to be not finished
ahaha
and again, jin mun will be my tester
hahahahhahahahah
shes always the one who kena to become my white mouse
